As Brand Manager COPD & Biologics you can contribute your ideas and skills with enthusiasm and competence to improve patients' lives in the fields of COPD.
Your tasks
As Brand Manager you will drive the commercialization of two brands in Austria by developing and implementing the marketing strategy and operational marketing mix and tactics to achieve the brand ambition by delivering strong sales growth.
- Be the product-, competitor- and market-expert for two brands.
- Lead one established brand and lead all launch-activities for a new brand which will enter the market in 2027.
- Analyzing market data and competitive dynamics, building long-range forecasts for our brands. This includes leading the MTP process together with the Franchise Lead for each brand in the portfolio.
- Align the global strategic brand plans with local customer & market insights in order to develop tailored and successful local brand strategy, brand messages and tactical plans.
- Development of content strategy and leading execution of multi-channel Marketing mix and rolling out key projects developed with cross-functional input including promotional material, congress activity, events for HCPs etc.
- Drive Omni-channel campaigns while taking into consideration various channels 360 view (F2F, Digital, printed material with focusing on routing offline to online via QR codes & short links)
- Develop and manage execution of a measurement plan for each brand in portfolio. Presenting regularly our business results vs. budget/KPIs, market understanding and insights to Senior business leaders at all levels in the organization
- Plan marketing spend to ensure minimal variance vs budget
- Close collaboration with Sales Force to better understand their needs and develop appropriate strategy, guidance, training, and support for their benefit
- Follow and share digital trends within and out of pharma. Identify scale up projects from other markets, implement, and share best practices.
Your profile
- Experience in Marketing or Sales
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong plus
- Good strategic and analytical qualities
- Hands-on experience in implementing delivering marketing campaigns with digital assets/channels.
- Good project management skills
- Excellent ability to work in a team and experience in building networks
- Exceptional communication skills
- Open mindset to break new ground to drive business growth
- Open to learning, feedback and coaching
- Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Able to showcase patient centricity in keeping the patient at the forefront of every interaction
- MS Office skills
