• You provide first- and second-level IT support for internal users and ensure fast and professional issue resolution.
• You ensure stable and reliable daily IT operations across the organization.
• You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• You support and administer Microsoft 365 environments for end users.
• You assist with network administration, preferably using UniFi technologies.
• You support Windows-based server and system administration tasks.
• You analyze and resolve technical incidents and act as an interface between first- and second-level support.
• You actively contribute to the optimization and documentation of IT processes and workflows.

• You have completed an education or training in IT or possess a comparable technical qualification.
• You have practical experience in IT support and system administration.
• You have solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• You bring basic to intermediate knowledge of network administration, ideally with UniFi.
• You have experience working with Windows operating systems and server environments.
• You have very good English language skills at C1 level, which are required for this position.
• You have additional language skills in German, which are considered an advantage.
• You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.
• You enjoy working in a team and have a service-oriented and reliable working style.
• You are flexible and open to occasional business travel.
