Für den Bereich Quality wird ein IT Product Owner gesucht, der digitale, datengetriebene Quality-Produkte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus verantwortet und messbaren Business Value für QA und QC sicherstellt.

What the job looks like

• Lead and collaborate with a cross-functional squad, aligning business and IT stakeholders.
• Define and drive a clear product vision, ensuring measurable business value and impact for Quality, QA and QC.
• Own end-to-end accountability for a digital, data-driven Quality product across its full lifecycle.
• Translate business, regulatory GxP and user needs into scalable and compliant product solutions.
• Act as digital owner for core Quality processes and systems such as QMS, deviations, CAPA, audits, change control, LIMS, Empower, Binocs and other systems.
• Set priorities and make transparent, value-based decisions across build, run and continuous improvement.
• Drive harmonization and standardization of global Quality solutions.
• Enable data-driven decision making through strong data foundations, analytics and insights.
• Identify and scale automation and AI use cases to improve efficiency, quality and transparency.
• Ensure full compliance, validation, audit readiness and data integrity throughout the product lifecycle.

What you’ll bring to the table

• 10+ years of experience in digital, data or technology-driven product roles.
• Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of Quality Management Systems, including deviations, CAPA, audits and change control.
• Experience with GxP regulations and computerized system validation, CSV or CSA.
• Familiarity with industry tools such as MasterControl, Veeva, TrackWise or similar.
• Proven experience in data-driven product development.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data models and data quality.
• Experience with automation technologies such as workflow automation, RPA or low-code platforms.
• Exposure to AI and ML use cases, ideally in regulated environments.
