Summary

Ondersteunt alle GxP activiteiten op de afdeling Kwaliteit. Beheert kwaliteitssystemen / processen, inclusief documentatie, statistieken en monitoring van acties. Ondersteunt het opzetten van operationele processen van hoge kwaliteit. Voert routinematige GxP Compliance/Operationele activiteiten uit volgens de Novartis Kwaliteitsnormen. Ondersteunt kwaliteitsprojecten en -initiatieven.

About the Role - Major Accountabilities

• Onderhoudt de toepasselijke Standaard Operating Procedures (SOP's), GxP-conforme documentatie en records binnen het Novartis Quality Management System.
• Zorgt voor de integriteit van alle Kwaliteitssystemen records en data, indien van toepassing en samenwerking van eigen team met andere functies en afdelingen.
• Zorgt voor een adequaat opleidingsniveau, GxP-kennis.
• Actualiseert en onderhoudt relevante informatie in elektronische systemen (bijv. Change Control, Documentatie, Training).
• Follow-up en monitoring van bijvoorbeeld GCA's, acties, statistieken, Kwaliteitsplan.
• Ondersteunt kwaliteitsaudits en inspectie door de Gezondheidsautoriteit.
• Melding van technische klachten / bijwerkingen / scenario's voor speciale gevallen met betrekking tot Novartis-producten binnen 24 uur na ontvangst.
• Distributie van monsters voor het in de handel brengen (indien van toepassing).
