Ihre Aufgaben

• Perform a project on phosphoproteomics and automated sample preparation.
• Set-up of an automated digest and PTM enrichment method on a robot.
• Conduct mass spectrometric measurements using the novel data-independent acquisition (DIA) method.
• Fine-tune the data analysis pipeline to support accurate PTM discovery.
• Test and optimize the new workflow on challenging biological samples.
• Work with diverse sample materials such as cultured cells, tissues, organoids, and plants.

Ihre Qualifikationen

• BSc degree in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology or a related field.
• Experience in mass spectrometry and wet lab work are desirable.
• Interest in technology development, operation of high-end instruments, and data analysis.
• High level of motivation and independence is expected.
• Applicants need to be enrolled in a master program that allows for external research.
