As Head of Global HR, you will oversee the entire HR landscape and play a pivotal role in advancing international HR initiatives across our corporate group.

• Acting as the primary point of contact and strategic sparring partner to our global leadership teams on all relevant HR matters
• Driving global HR initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Leadership Development
• Ensuring efficient HR operations and administration
• Developing global Compensation & Benefits frameworks and HR reporting structures
• Ensuring compliance with labor law and corporate HR policies
• Supporting leaders through change and transformation processes and facilitating internal workshops

• Several years of experience in both strategic and operational HR leadership, ideally within international organizations
• Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and leadership development
• Affinity for HR analytics, reporting, controlling, and HR IT systems
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset combined with strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English

Salary: starting at EUR 110,000 gross (depending on experience & qualifications) + company car
