External: Postdoctoral Research Associate (Pavri lab)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Understand the molecular mechanisms of antibody somatic hypermutation and its impact on autoimmune disease.
  • Investigate how transcription, chromatin architecture, DNA replication, and epigenetic features regulate antibody somatic hypermutation and class switch recombination.
  • Study the physiology of germinal centers in murine lymphoid tissues.
  • Utilize a multidisciplinary approach including mouse genetics, immunological assays, genetic screening, and various genomics tools.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • PhD in a relevant field, such as molecular biology, immunology, or genetics.
  • Experience in molecular techniques and immunological assays.
  • Familiarity with genetic screening and genomics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
