External: Postdoctoral Research Associate (Pavri lab)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Conduct research focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms of antibody somatic hypermutation and its impact on autoimmune disease.
  • Investigate the molecular mechanisms of antibody maturation and genome instability in B lymphocytes.
  • Study the regulation of antibody somatic hypermutation, class switch recombination, and oncogenic chromosomal translocations.
  • Perform experiments utilizing mouse genetics, immunological assays, genetic screening, and genomics tools.
  • Analyze the physiology of germinal centers in murine lymphoid tissues.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • A PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Molecular Biology, Immunology).
  • Strong background in immunology and molecular genetics.
  • Experience with mouse models and genetic manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with experimental methods in antibody research.
