• Perform a project on phosphoproteomics and automated sample preparation.
• Implement new technologies and innovative workflows in the Proteomics facility.
• Set up an automated digest and PTM enrichment method on a robot.
• Conduct mass spectrometric measurements using the novel data-independent acquisition (DIA) method.
• Test and optimize new workflows on challenging biological samples.
• Utilize proteomics sample preparation methods.
• Operate and program liquid handling robots.
• Operate nano-HPLCs and mass spectrometers.
• Analyze MS data and interpret spectra.

Ihre Qualifikationen

• BSc degree in chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, or a related field.
• Experience in mass spectrometry and wet lab techniques is desirable.
• Interest in technology development and operation of high-end instruments.
• Capability in data analysis and addressing biological questions in MS experiments.
• High level of motivation and independence are expected.
